Read this first: run each prompt 2–3 times before judging it — image output varies a lot between runs, and the second attempt is often noticeably better than the first. Use a sharp, well-lit reference photo with no filter, no sunglasses and no extreme angle; the more the model can see, the closer the likeness. If a face still drifts, upload the result alongside your original and ask it to match the face to the reference exactly while changing nothing else.
